Pending sales for these properties increased 23% in the second quarter of 2011 compared to same quarter in 2011.
The inventory continues to decrease in all Naples areas. For the past year the inventory decreased 18.5% globally.
These numbers are part of the latest report released by the Naples Association Board of Realtors today.
We can also notice a strengthening of the high-end market and a shortage of new constructions.
